Foundation module
People
Keep people, roles and access organized in one clear workspace.
What it helps your team do
- Find people and keep profile, lifecycle and activity records together.
- Choose people types and position titles that fit your organization.
- Build roles using a module-based permission matrix, including granular actions.
- Review who has an action through their current roles, using plain-language choices.
- Schedule role access and route requests through approvals.
A focused workspace for people and access
Find a person or go directly to the directory, roles, Access review or access requests. Additional tools stay out of the primary path.
Review role definitions and membership counts. Configure permissions in the shared module/action matrix; Administrator changes are reserved for Administrators.
Choose an area, then an action, to see each person once with all current granting roles. Future and expired assignments are excluded; account and record-specific restrictions still apply.

Less clutter in each profile
Position choices appear when the matching people type is selected, while existing independent assignments remain visible. Detailed access is available on demand. Optional schedules appear beneath selected roles and retain existing dates.
Service-aware by design
Workspace tools appear when Google Workspace is enabled. Organizations using Mailgun do not see Workspace administration controls.
Screenshots show the approved development build, cropped to remove browser chrome and unrelated test rows. They do not announce a production release. Real provider operations, spoken screen-reader testing and physical-device acceptance remain part of beta.
